Basketry Instruction

I am teaching basket classes this fall as part of the Farmington, Middletown, New London and Falls Village CT Continuing Education Programs.

The registration and pricing for each class can be found in the links below. All weaving materials are included in the pricing. All tools needed to weave your basket are provided by me during class time. I do recommend each student bring an apron or an old shirt to protect his/her clothing.

Open Studio

Instruction is also available to students in my home studio (Unionville, CT) for those interested in exploring natural rattan (flat and round) reed basketry.  Students can choose their project by browsing through an extensive library of basket patterns.  The price for the selected basket will include the cost of the weaving materials and $20 for 2 hours of studio time. Open Studio time can also be used for small parties or special gatherings.

Workshops
